Dr. Hem Raj Dhakal (www.hemrajdhakal.com) is the founder of Salkot, Whole Social (www.wholesocial.org / www.handmade.wholesocial.org), and Live Peace Tech (www.livepeacetech.org). He has completed a doctoral study from the United States in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on Organizational Development. Dr. Dhakal’s dissertation, An Alternative to Paradoxical Leadership Model: Fulfilling the Triple Bottom Line, focuses on the holistic thinking and the SEE change. He has also completed an M.A. in Peace Studies and Conflict Transformation from the United States and a Master’s in English Literature from Nepal. Further, he has been working as a peace educator, and an advocate and activist for the social, economic, and environmental issues. Dr. Dhakal prefers to be called simply – an ecopeace lover.
